Thermoformed/unibody construction with foam-injected edge walls beats cold-pressed builds and resists delamination. Red flags surfaced in India reviews: edge guards opening/cracking after ~2 months (FirstEdge HyperCharge had 2 such reports), core crumbling, 'dead spots'.
